With both a budget and a certain designer in mind, consider shopping with your bridesmaids. Have you thought of having your bridesmaids wear dresses of the same color but not the same style? For example, one style might look fabulous on a vey tall bridesmaid but not on a shorter one. Or, of course, vice versa could be true. 

Rule out certain colors. For example, list colors you are considering and have your bridesmaids give their honest opinion of that color. You might end up selecting a color like turquoise that will look nice on all of the bridesmaids. You could even go with two different colors. For example, maybe you selected a long V-neck tulle dress that comes in both soft blue and dusty rose. Consider having half of your bridesmaids wear one of those colors and the other half wearing the other color. Select flowers that will complement both of the colors that your bridesmaids will wear.

The Bridesmaid's Jewelry: Have you considered giving your bridesmaids the jewelry they will wear in your wedding? You are more than likely planning on giving them a gift anyway, right? At the rehearsal dinner or at a special bridal party breakfast, consider giving your bridesmaids jewelry that will complement the dresses they will wear as your bridesmaids.

For example, if you went with the soft blue and dusty rose tulle dresses, pearls would be a great selection. A pearl necklace and pearl studs set is a gift that will more than likely be worn for many years to come. In fact, your bridesmaids might end up wearing them at their own weddings.
